Western Hunting & Conservation Expo 2010
7 Sheep Tags will be Drawn as a part of the 200 Permit Drawing at the Western Hunting & Conservation Expo
$5 or $10 application fee for each hunt.
To apply for these 7 tags visit www.huntexpo.com and click on “200 Hunts” tab. This will be avaliable after November 1, 2009. Each person may apply only once for each hunt. You must validate your hunt application in person at the Expo in Salt Lake City. A Utah Hunting License must be purchased prior to the Expo if you have not already obtained one during the normal state-run draw.
Details of the Sheep Tags:
1 Utah San Rafael Desert Bighorn Permit
Any hunter can apply.
$5 application fee.
1 Utah South Dirty Devil Desert Bighorn Permit
Only NON Residents of Utah may apply.
$5 application fee.
1 Utah Rattlesnake Rocky Mountain Bighorn Permit
Any hunter can apply.
$5 application fee.
1 Newfoundlands Rocky Mountain Bighorn Permit
Only NON Residents of Utah may apply.
$5 application fee
1 Arctic Red River Outfitters Dall Sheep Hunt
July 15 – 26, 2011. Any hunter may apply.
$10 application fee.

July 26 – Aug. 5, 2011. Any hunter may apply.

1 Sheep Hunt Standsbury Bighorn
This will be the first time ever hunted. Any hunter may apply.
$5 application fee
Winners will be responsible for transportation costs and the applicable license fee only – ($508 for Utah Residents or $1,503 for Non Residents on the Rocky Mountain Bighorn and Desert Sheep Hunts, $120 fee for Dall sheep hunts). Utah permits subject to final
Big Game Board approval in late fall 2009.
